Joe's Boots is offering free shipping on all orders over $100.00. Free shipping is within the continental (lower 48) United States Via UPS ground only.

Orders from Alaska and Hawaii WILL HAVE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST ADDED to your order.

For shipping to APO addresses or PO Boxes an additional fee equal to the USPS cost of shipping will be added. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping.

All products on our web site are first quality merchandise unless indicated by the label irregular, and carry manufactures warranty against defective workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover fit, wear and tear, or customer abuse. We understand that Returns and exchanges are sometimes inevitable. The merchandise must not show any evidence of wear and the original tags must be attached. Return with receipts for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, to the address listed below.( If the item is given as a gift, 30 days from the date received as a gift.) Items that have been worn are not returnable unless found to be defective.

We recommend that all footwear be tried on at home, on carpet, to ensure a proper fit, and prevent any outsole wear. A receipt must accompany all returns.

NOTE ON DELIVERY TIMES

Many of the products we offer on our web site may not be carried in stock in our store. Manufacture's processing time is usually 1 to 4 days depending on the manufacture. Justin, Wolverine, and Tony Lama are generally 1 to 2 days. Walls, Carhartt, Dickies and LAPCO may take up to 14 days. We have arrangements with our most of our suppliers to drop ship your order straight from the manufacturer to you. This allows us to give you the best price possible. Because of this we have no control over a manufactures shipping methods we cannot guaranty how look it may take a manufacturer to ship your order from their warehouse. Orders placed by 9:00 A.M. CST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 A.M. Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

NOTE ON UPS SPECIAL DELIVERY

UPS is our preferred shipper. UPS delivery times are based on when UPS picks up the package' Their guaranteed delivery schedule starts the day after the package is picked up. For Example, An order is placed on Monday evening. The order is shipped on Tuesday afternoon. UPS would guarantee 3 Day delivery by Friday afternoon. UPS 2 Day delivery by Thursday afternoon. Weekends, Holidays, and disasters are not included in The UPS delivery promise.
